Privacy Policy

SEARCHRIFT™ is operated by PEV Ltd., a Nevada corporation. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use searchrift.org, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. By placing an order or using this site you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

When you place an order we collect the following information:

• Your name and email address
• Your business or company name (optional)
• The website URL you submit for audit
• Competitor URLs and context notes you provide
• Payment information — processed exclusively by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your card number or banking details.
• Your IP address and browser information collected automatically when you visit the site

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Deliver the audit report and implementation package you ordered
• Send you transactional emails related to your order
• Verify returning customer status for discount eligibility
• Respond to support or billing inquiries
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate the site:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data. See stripe.com/privacy.
• Zapier — order data automation. Order details are passed to Zapier to log your order in our records.
• Google Sheets — internal order records. Your name, email, and tier are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to SEARCHRIFT™ staff.
• Namecheap — website hosting. Standard server logs may include your IP address and browser information.

4. Data retention

We retain your order information for a minimum of three years for business record-keeping purposes. Delivered audit files are stored on our secure server for 30 days after delivery, after which download links expire. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing eddpratt@pev-ltd.com.

5. Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe may set cookies on payment pages for fraud prevention purposes. These are necessary for payment processing and cannot be disabled without preventing checkout from functioning.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data subject to our legal retention obligations, and opt out of any future communications. To exercise any of these rights email eddpratt@pev-ltd.com.

7. California residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To submit a CCPA request email eddpratt@pev-ltd.com.

8. International transfers

PEV Ltd. is a Nevada corporation. If you are accessing this site from outside the United States your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using this site you consent to that transfer.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
