All SEARCHRIFT™ audit deliverables are digital products. All sales are final once the deliverable has been sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Because our deliverables are digital reports and implementation packages that are immediately accessible upon delivery, we do not offer refunds once a file has been sent. By placing an order you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and waive any right to a refund upon delivery.
This policy applies to all four service tiers: Visibility Snapshot, Full SEARCHRIFT™ Audit, Full Audit + Code Package, and Full Code Install.
If you have not received your deliverable within the timeframe stated on the product page and on your order confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund. To request a non-delivery refund email eddpratt@pev-ltd.com with your order reference number. We will investigate and issue a refund within 5 business days if delivery cannot be confirmed.
Before requesting a non-delivery refund please check your spam or junk folder, as delivery emails are occasionally filtered by email providers.
If your audit report contains a material error — for example, the wrong website was audited or significant sections are missing — we will provide a corrected replacement at no charge. To request a replacement email eddpratt@pev-ltd.com within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and a description of the error.
Disagreement with the findings, scores, or recommendations in the report does not constitute a material error and does not qualify for a replacement or refund.
For the Full Code Install tier, if you wish to cancel after payment but before the install intake has been scheduled, a refund of $1,250 (the implementation package portion) will be issued and the audit report and code package will be delivered as the deliverable. Once install intake has been scheduled and access credentials provided, no further refund is available.
We take chargebacks seriously and will contest any chargeback filed after a deliverable has been sent. We maintain records of all deliveries including timestamps, download logs, and email delivery confirmations. Filing a chargeback after receiving a deliverable may result in your email address being blocked from future orders.
The $150 paid for a Visibility Snapshot is credited toward the Full SEARCHRIFT™ Audit ($600) if you upgrade. This credit is applied at checkout using the promo code SNAPSHOT150. The credit is non-transferable and applies only to the Full SEARCHRIFT™ Audit tier. It has no cash value and cannot be applied to other tiers.
