These Terms of Service govern your use of searchrift.org and any audit services purchased through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
These terms are between you (the customer) and PEV Ltd., a Nevada corporation with its registered address at 2764 N Green Valley Pkwy, Henderson, NV 89014, operating as SEARCHRIFT™ ("we," "us," "SEARCHRIFT™"). References to "you" mean the individual or entity placing an order.
SEARCHRIFT™ provides website audit reports and related deliverables analyzing the SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) readiness of a submitted website URL. The following service tiers are available:
Digital deliverables are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation, except for the Full Code Install tier where a separate timeline is confirmed at order. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We will notify you by email if a delivery is delayed beyond the stated window.
For the Full Code Install tier, installation requires access to your website's content management system or codebase. You agree to provide reasonable access within 5 business days of being contacted. We are not responsible for delays caused by failure to provide timely access.
The SEARCHRIFT™ audit methodology, scoring rubric, report architecture, and all report content are the intellectual property of PEV Ltd. Upon delivery and full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or represent SEARCHRIFT™ deliverables as your own work. The SEARCHRIFT™ name, methodology designation, and scoring system may not be reproduced without written permission.
You warrant that you have the authority to submit the website URL for audit — either as the owner or as an authorized representative. You agree not to submit URLs for websites you do not own or have permission to audit. SEARCHRIFT™ accepts no liability for audits performed on URLs submitted without proper authorization.
SEARCHRIFT™ audit reports represent our professional assessment of a website's visibility posture at the time of the audit. Search engine and AI platform algorithms change frequently. We make no guarantee that implementing our recommendations will result in specific rankings, citation rates, or revenue outcomes. Reports are based on publicly available information and our analysis methodology. We are not responsible for changes to search or AI platform behavior after delivery.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PEV Ltd.'s total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of SEARCHRIFT™ services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
Any dispute arising from these terms or a SEARCHRIFT™ order shall first be submitted to informal negotiation by emailing eddpratt@pev-ltd.com. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
